East Neuk Veterinary Clinic offers the highest standards in surgical care for dogs and cats, referred to us by other veterinary surgeons throughout Scotland for specialist treatment for their orthopaedic problems. This in turn provides us with a diverse orthopaedic caseload with an enviable mix of routine and fracture cases. We focus on offering affordable, high quality, evidenced based care for each and every one of our patients.

We have a friendly and supportive team of 7 vets, 10 nurses and 5 front-of-house staff. Two of our surgeons are RCVS and European specialists in their field of Small Animal Surgery and we have a plethora of experienced Certificate Holders and Advanced Practitioners.

We have well-equipped, spacious operating theatres with Multiparameter Monitoring, DR X-Ray, plus a new Siemens CT scanner and ultrasound. We stock Arthrex and Synthes fracture plating and TPLO systems whilst the clinic also has CUE, Synacart and the Biometrix THR kits available.

Rota
- Working 40 hours per week over 4 consecutive days – part-time applications will also be considered
- Consult one day and operate on cases the following day seeing on average eight primary cases per week
- 1:4 weekends covering the Orthopaedic OOH phone
Applicant Requirements
We are open to applications from Boarded Diplomates, Residency-Trained Surgeons and Advanced Pracitioners in Orthopaedic Surgery, who will seamlessly integrate into our existing team, allowing us to continually provide outstanding care for our patients.
