Dr. Manuela Pascal graduated from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Bucharest (Romania) in 2003. After spending several years in private practice in Bucharest, she obtained her masters degree in 2006 and the PhD diploma in 2013 from the same university. Dr. Pascal continued as a lecturer in the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Bucharest until 2015. She then moved on to the United Kingdom where she went on to complete a three-year residency in Veterinary Anaesthesia and Analgesia at the Animal Health Trust, Newmarket and followed on as a clinician in anaesthesia and analgesia at the same hospital. After working in several referral hospitals around UK, Manuela has joined DWR Veterinary Specialists in March 2023. Dr. Pascal enjoys all aspects of anaesthesia, but she has a particular interest in critically ill patients, sepsis and opioid-free anaesthesia.
