Stéphane Bleuer-Elsner, DVM, is a certified specialist in companion animal behavioral medicine from the European College of Animal Welfare and Behavioral Medicine (ECAWBM-BM). He is a member of the examination committee for behavioral medicine and serves on the board of GECAF/AFVAC, the French association for veterinary behavioral medicine. After many years as a general veterinarian in France, Dr. Bleuer-Elsner specialized in behavioral medicine. In 2011, he immigrated to Israel, where he now dedicates his practice exclusively to veterinary psychiatry in Tel Aviv. He also provides consultations in Geneva (Switzerland) and Annecy (France). In addition to his clinical work, he has experience as a lecturer in France, Israel, and international conferences and has authored several research papers and a book in the field.
