EBVS® European Veterinary Specialist in Small Animal Internal Medicine
I was born and raised in Mexico and obtained my Veterinary degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). Following my undergraduate studies, I pursued a rotatory internship and residency at the Small Animal Teaching Hospital - UNAM, specialising in Small Animal Internal Medicine and Surgery. After gaining valuable experience in private practice, I furthered my education by completing an MSc and PhD in the UK. I successfully passed the statutory RCVS examination and subsequently worked as a veterinarian in the UK for over four years. Fortunate to secure a Residency in Small Animal Internal Medicine at the Queen's Veterinary School Hospital - The University of Cambridge, I continued to expand my expertise in the field. In my free time, I enjoy activities such as jogging, practicing jiujitsu, and playing basketball. I also enjoy travelling, gardening and watching antique restoration videos when spare time allows it.
