I am a board-certified veterinary ophthalmologist (Dipl. ECVO) currently working as a senior ophthalmology specialist at Pferdeklinik Seeburg GmbH in Dallgow-Döberitz, a position I have held since 2025. Before that, I spent eight years as a research associate in the ophthalmology group at the Center for Veterinary Clinical Services, Freie Universität Berlin. I began my clinical career working as a veterinarian in both equine and mixed practices. I earned my veterinary degree from Freie Universität Berlin in 2010 and completed my doctoral thesis on radiological hoof parameters in horses under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Christoph Lischer in 2017. My specialization in ophthalmology includes a General Practitioner Certificate in Ophthalmology (2018), a completed residency at the European College of Veterinary Ophthalmologists (2019–2022) under the guidance of Dr. J. Corinna Eule, a german national specialisation in small animal ophthalmology and board certification as a Diplomate of the ECVO in 2025. My professional focus lies in equine ophthalmology.
