Livia graduated from the University of Pisa (Italy) in 1997 and became an imaging specialist (DipECVDI) in 2005. She worked for 14 years as a radiologist and faculty at the Royal Veterinary College (University of London, UK) acquiring expertise in small animal radiology, ultrasound, CT, and MRI. Since 2019 she is Head of Diagnostic Imaging at The Ralph Veterinary Referral Centre (Marlow, UK) and works independently offering second-opinion on imaging studies. Research interest: use of imaging in the clinical setting.
