Federico Vilaplana Grosso, LV, DECVDI, DACVR, Clinical Associate Professor, University of Florida. Federico graduated from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Córdoba in Spain. After he did a small animal rotating internship in the National Veterinary School of Alfort (Paris, France) and two specialized internships, one in internal medicine and another in diagnostic imaging at the same institution. Afterwards he began a residency in diagnostic imaging at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Utrecht (the Netherlands), where he obtained the diploma of the European College of Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging (ECVDI). Then, he moved to the USA and worked for a year as an Assistant Professor at the College of Veterinary Medicine of Purdue University. Since 2017, he is working as an Assistant Professor at the College of Veterinary Medicine of the University of Florida. In 2019, Federico obtained the diploma of the American College of Veterinary Radiology (ACVR).
