Dr. Mader is a triple-boarded veterinary specialist and is the recipient of the University of California, Davis Lifetime Achievement Award, the UCD School of Vet Med Alumni Achievement Award and the Fred L. Frye Lifetime Achievement Award. He is an internationally acclaimed expert in Exotic Animal Medicine and sits on the review boards of several scientific journals.
