Maja is working at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine University of Zagreb as a Assistant Professor. She is a head of the Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation Centre - WildrescueVEF. Her major field of interests are emerging diseases of wildlife, especially of reptiles and amphibians
