I graduated in 2003 from the University of Perugia. After an anaesthesia internship at the University and a rotating one in North Italy, I moved back to Rome where I started to work in emergency and intensive care. At the same time I cultivated my passion for anaesthesia, attending ISVRA (Italian Society of Veterinary Regional Anaesthesia) training courses and working with several specialists. I was lucky enough to be able to devote myself constantly to the field of anaesthesia and intensive care at different Italian facilities. This has allowed me to develop and consolidate medical skills in this field with particular attention to loco-regional anaesthesia, TCI, assisted mechanical ventilation and the management of more or less complicated cases in intensive care. I worked and visited several Veterinary Institutes in UK and Ireland. I finished my anaesthesia residency in Zurich in 2020 where I am actually working as an Anaesthesia Clinician.
