Stefano graduated at the University of Perugia in 2006 and after two years in private practice in Rome he completed a rotating internship at the Animal Health Trust in Newmarket. He became American Specialist in Emergency and Critical Care in 2014 following a residency in ECC at the Royal Veterinary College and later on became European Specialist and RCVS Recognised Specialist in ECC. Stefano is co-director of the Renal Replacement service. Stefano is Senior Lecturer in Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care at the Royal Veterinary College. Stefano is currently involved in the European Emergency and Critical Care Society as Vice-President
