Researcher at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Madrid. I am currently involved in a project focused on canine mammary cancer immunotherapy. I am a member of a research group specializing in comparative oncology and endocrinology in domestic and wild animals. I 'm degree in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Leon, obtained in 2014. I participated in the Erasmus program at the Università degli Studi di Milano (Italy) and completed training internships in Veterinary Anatomy Pathology at the Università degli Studi di Bologna (Italy) and University College Dublin (UCD).
I completed a three-year ECVP residence at UCM and actively participated in national and international congresses organized by ACVP, ECVP, and SEAPV. I also gained valuable experience working in the Pathology and Forensic Veterinary Service of the Veterinary Health Surveillance Center (VISAVET). I am PhD in Veterinary by UCM.
I’m an author and co-author of several scientific articles focus on canine mammary cancer. My research interests primarily revolve around the diagnosis and study of mammary tumors in domestic animals, with a specific focus on inflammatory mammary cancer. I also contribute to the diagnosis of biopsies in the department and specifically in mammary tumors at the Mammary Oncology Unit of the HCVC.
I’m ECVP diplomate and a member of the ECVP college, highlighting my expertise and dedication in the field of veterinary pathology.
