Giulio Grandi got his DVM degree in 2002 in Parma, Italy. He got his PhD title in 2008 and became a Diplomate of the EVPC in 2009. In 2012 he moved to Sweden, where he has been working for the Swedish Veterinary Agency (SVA) and for the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU), both based in Uppsala. In 2019 he was appointed as Associate Professor (docent) by the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science at SLU, where he is currently employed full-time as a Senior Lecturer.
