Passionate about the comparative study of metabolism and nutrition, I am a Diplomate of the European College of Veterinary and Comparative Nutrition (ECVCN), with a focus on companion animal nutrition. Alongside my clinical and teaching activities, I've got a PhD on canine aging. My research investigates biomarkers of aging, health trajectories, and the metabolic and physiological effects of a targeted nutritional strategy. I teach bromatology and carnivore nutrition at the National Veterinary School of Toulouse (ENVT) and contribute to continuing education programs for veterinarians.
