I graduated as an equine veterinarian from Ghent University in June 2017. After graduating, I completed a one year equine rotating internship at the Faculty of veterinary medicine of the Ghent University, with emphasis on Medical Imaging, Orthopaedics and Surgery. After that, I stayed at the Large Animal Medical Imaging department of UGent, dividing my time between clinical work, research and teaching. From 2020 until 2024 I was enrolled in the Large Animal residency program at the same department. In 2024 I passed the board exam and became European Specialist in Veterinary Radiology®.
