EBVS® European Specialist in Veterinary Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation
Originally from Jura (France), I graduated form Liège university (Belgium) in 2016 and started to work in Lausanne (Switzerland) as a general practitioner after my diploma. During this period, I was training in French vet schools to become a Certified Veterinary Osteopath and a Canine Physiotherapist.
In 2019, I entered the first residency program offered in a European university in Ghent University (Belgium). I spend 3 years working in the Department of Canine Orthopedics and medical imaging.
In 2023, I successfully passed the European College examination and became a Diplomate of the European College of Veterinary Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation (DECVSMR).
I am currently working as a specialist clinician at my own sports medicine and rehabilitation practice, AthleVet, in Lausanne, and at the referral center VetSpecialistes in Geneva. My clinical work focuses on functional assessment, performance optimization, injury prevention, and comprehensive rehabilitation of canine athletes and working dogs.
Alongside my clinical activity, I am actively involved in continuing education, providing postgraduate training for veterinarians across Europe and through international online programs.
In parallel, I am pursuing a PhD at Ghent University, where my research focuses on the scientific evaluation and clinical relevance of the Canine Flexion Test.
