Prof. Giuseppe Spinella pursued his degree in Veterinary Medicine at the Faculty of Bologna University (Italy) in 1999. Afterwards, in 2005, he completed his PhD course in Diagnostic Imaging and Veterinary Endoscopic Surgery; followed by a fellowship in Veterinary Surgery at Bologna University. In 2006 he gained a position as Researcher and Assistant Professor in Veterinary Surgery at Catanzaro University and in 2012 at Bologna University, where he became Associate Professor in May 2022. In the same year, he coordinated a Master in Canine Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation. Currently, he is specialized at European Colleges of Veterinary Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation. His scientific research is validated by 67 publications in international peer-reviewed journals and by several presentations at national and international conferences.
