Dr. Dominique-Marie Votion is Associate Professor at Liege University's Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Belgium, and serves as Vice Director of the Fundamental and Applied Research for Animals & Health (FARAH) Research Unit. Her research group is primarily focused on preventive measures, searching for biomarkers to prevent injuries in racehorses, a pursuit in link with her expertise as a Diplomate of the European College of Veterinary Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation (ECVSMR), and investigating methods to prevent pasture poisoning, in particular atypical myopathy.
