I am teacher at the Universidad Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) and Fish Diseases Diagnosis Service (SDPP) and member of the Ecosystems and Aquatic Animal Health group (SEAaq).  My research activity is encompassed in the framework of fish health, especially focus on diagnosis of parasites and histopathological alterations in fish species in aquaculture and on the study of parasites and pathologies of wild fish species in the Mediterranean area as indicators of environmental stress.
