Veterinary professional with specialization in laboratory animal medicine, science, and management in both academic and industrial settings; GLP studies and review of GCP proposals and consent forms • Extensive experience in team building and leading large and professionally diverse groups including land-grant colleges, with an emphasis on change management. • Responsible for financial activities from teams including up to 133 personnel members, 600,000 sq. ft of facilities and more than $16M in annual budget. • Involvement in many facility designs, refurbishment, and new building projects for research animal facilities. • Participation in pre-clinical drug development (QA driven) and drug discovery processes.
