Dr. Ludovica Pierantoni graduated in Veterinary Medicine in Naples in 2003.
She achieved a Master's Degree in "Behavioral Medicine " at the, University of Pisa, and she specialized in “Applied Ethology and Animal Welfare" at the University of Milan in 2006.
She is a diplomate of the European College of Behavioral Medicine (Dipl. ECAWBM) since 2013.
She gives lectures at various Masters and Specialization Schools in several Universities across Italy.
She is the Founding Director of CAN (Animal Behaviour Naples) and she is referred to by several veterinary practices and dog training centers for behavioral cases.
She is responsible of the Animal Assisted Intervention "4paws at Santobono" at the Department of Neurosurgery and Neuro-Oncology of the Santobono-Pausyllipon Children's Hospital.
She organizes and participates in national and international meetings on Behavioural Medicine and Ethology and is responsible for de didactic activity of CAN-BS ssdrl.
Dr. Pierantoni is the Vice-presidente of the ECAWBM and president AVEC.
