Elisabeth Okholm Nielsen is danish veterinarian and holds a PhD in Lameness in Pigs. She is chief re-searcher at Danish Agriculture & Food Council SEGES. The health of pigs, PRRS and usage of antimicrobials in pig sector has been her focus areas for more than a decade, working at the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration and presently chief researcher at SEGES innovation.
